I believe that our two most previous commodities are time and energy. More precisely where is most of your time spent, and with who? Where is most of your energy expended? If I were to take a look at your calendar, would I see your priorities reflected on your daily calendar?
I specialize in stress, anxiety, mild to moderate depression, cultivating resilience, self-worth, perfectionism, setting and enforcing boundaries, personal development and relationships.
We’ll start by completing a biopsychosocial assessment (1-3 sessions) so that we can create a treatment plan that is unique to you. The assessment will allow me to gain a greater sense of your subjective experience and formulate a diagnosis for billing purposes. All of this is to determine if there are any factors in your early history that might be contributing, triggers associated with the current symptoms, what might be perpetuating your symptoms, and stabilize protective factors. I will also work with you to promote insight, awareness and help you heal from past experiences.
You’ll begin to experience a greater peace of mind, higher self-worth, increased confidence in handling your relationships and cultivate resiliency.
